This guide is designed to help you find and use resources for your Honors History Research Seminar. For the first stage of your project - choosing a topic - we have included both some links to digital resources that may help as well as some strategies for developing your ideas. We have made separate tabs for some of the different types of sources you may use throughout the course of your project (reference, primary, and secondary). Just click the appropriate tab at the top of this page to find out more about each kind of source. For those of you interested in archival research for your project, please consult the "Archival Sources" tab. Additionally, we have also included a page with information about citations and a page with some general research tips. Remember, research is a process, and we (your librarians) are here to help! If you ever have a question, just ask! Happy researching!
