Resources for Racial Justice: Books

A guide to racial justice resources for members of the Nobles community to increase understanding, inclusivity and action

Get started by reading books on a variety of topics, including how to practice active anti-racism, critical race theory, recommended fiction and poetry and more!

If you need digital access to any of the books please email library@nobles.edu and we will purchase the book on Overdrive if it is available. You will then be able to download it to your device for free.

If you would like to purchase any of the books listed on this resource we recommend purchasing them from Frugal Bookstore, Boston’s only Black-owned bookstore, if possible.  You can also purchase them from Bookshop.org, where some of the proceeds will go to local independent bookstores.
