Mental Health and Wellness at Nobles: Home

Find resources to promote wellness and mental health, especially for the Noble and Greenough School community. Your suggested additions, improvements and changes are always welcome.

There is a saying at Nobles: Never worry alone.

We happen to think that there is nothing more courageous than recognizing that sometimes, you need a little support, and being willing to ask for it. There are so many adults here at Nobles who want to get to know you, help you out when you hit an inevitable bump in the road, and celebrate with you when you challenge yourself and grow.

We encourage each of you to get to know many adults in the Nobles community, knowing that you can reach out if you're ever worried about yourself or a friend. They can listen, support you, and help link you up with resources as needed. This guide provides information about well-being resources, both in and out of school. We hope you'll learn more here about mental health, wellness, and how to find balance and happiness at Nobles and beyond.

Please share with us if you know of additional resources or organizations we should consider including; all of your suggestions are valuable to us.
