Organizations

Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) seeks to improve the quality of life for those experiencing mental health disorders, connecting them with innovative research, resources and support. 


Heads Together is a UK-based mental health organization led by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, working to decrease the stigma around mental health and fund innovative services. It inspired our own club, Nobles Heads Together (NHT).


National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is a national grassroots mental health advocacy organization that provides education and support to those in need. 


National Institute of Mental Health is the federal agency for research on mental disorders to further prevention and cures. It's one of 27 institutes and centers of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) under the umbrella of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).


The Trevor Project describes itself as "the premier organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ teens and young adults." Read their 2019 survey on LGBTQ youth mental health.


Project UROK is an initiative of the Child Mind Institute, an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders.
